Buffmeister!
I now have a personal trainer, and I LOVE IT! It is hard, and I am sore, but I don't have to think about what to do at the gym twice a week now. He just tells me what to do, and I do it. I have already noticed a difference in my body after 3 sessions and workouts on my own. I feel very athletic and my muscles seem to be reacting nicely to it. I am now hoping I can slim up and take off the fat.

Buff Babe!
I need to fit into my wedding dress in 4 months and I am freaking out! I have been dieting for about 3 months now and have only lost 10 lbs. Something has got to work! I am guessing that if I drop 30 more pounds, I will be able to zip up the dress. So I am off to battle field to shed the weight. Wish me luck!!!!! I am def going to need it!

Wait......WHAT?!!!!!!!!!
According to www.msn.com Pope Benedict XVI says that condoms are not the answer to fighting AIDS, after a trip to Africa. He thinks abstinence should do the trick!
What are you thinking?!?!?! If people actually read up on the issue of AIDS in Africa they would know that it is an epidemic that most of these people see as a curse, not as a virus. They do not understand that it is sexually transmitted, they think of it as being something that they receive from God, who is punishing them for their sins. The education is not there.
We need more people to teach them about the use of condoms to protect them and their families from this illness. Most of the time the women in this culture are raped, so for them, abstinence is not an option. The women, who end up being the primary caretakers of the children end up dying of the virus, leaving their many children behind to fend for themselves or die of starvation.
So yeah... lets tell them...just dont have sex, then you wont die. That will def work.

Helping Palestinians
In the last couple months I have learned a lot about the Israel/Palestinian conflict. I am happy to hear that my girl Hillary shares my beliefs in what needs to be done in that area.
One of my professors spent a lot of time in that area and saw first hand how people were being treated on both sides. From what I have read, and what she told me. I think the US is finally going in the right direction.
